Located in the heart of a bustling city and close to Statue of Unity, this hotel is convenient for tourists. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. Housekeeping staff do a great job of keeping the bathrooms clean despite occasional service hiccups. The breakfast spread here is quite good, with a variety of options to suit all palates. The gym and restaurant facilities are nice extras.

The front desk staff needs to be more responsive, especially when basic amenities are missing, like toilet paper and towels.

The hotel offered a great variety of food selection during our stay, and the housekeeping staff was swift and efficient in responding to our requests, making our stay comfortable. The hotel was also located in a prime spot for dining and shopping, which was convenient for us.

The service in various departments was at times disappointing as the staff seemed inexperienced and out of their depth. we had requested a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room, which affected my breathing.

The service could be improved in some areas, such as the slow response time to remove food plates from rooms. there was no service of a bell boy available.

The service at Fairfield was exceptional. I fell ill during my stay and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I received proper medical care, even providing transportation to the hospital. They were considerate and accommodating, allowing me to rest in the room after check-out until my ride to the airport arrived. The warm and helpful nature of the staff made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.
